血清降钙素原在骨科患者感染中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨血清降钙素原(PCT)在骨科患者细菌感染中的诊断和治疗作用。方法对32例骨科细菌感染的患者血清和36例未有细菌感染的患者血清进行PCT、C-反应蛋白、WBC检测,并对30例健康体检者进行相同项目检测,将感染组、未感染组和对照组的结果进行比较。结果感染组患者血清PCT、WBC水平分别高于未感染组和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);感染组经抗感染治疗后,其PCT水平低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论 PCT可作为诊断骨科患者细菌感染的指标之一,动态观察血清PCT水平变化,可作为是否使用抗菌药物的参考依据。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the diagnosis and treatment role of serum procalcitonin （PCT） in patients with bacterial infections in Orthopedics Department. METHODS 32 blood samples of patients with bacterial infection and 36 cases of nonbacterial infections in Orthopedics. Department were determined of serum PCT, CRP levels and whole blood WBC levels, And 30 healthy cases with physical examination as control group were similarly determined. The difference of results of bacterial infection group, nonbacterial infection group and the control group were compared. RESULTS Serum PCT level and WBC level in the bacterial infection group were higher than in the nonbacterial infection group, the differences were statistically significant （P﹤0.05）; The infection group was treated by anti-infection, which PCT level was lower than before treatment, the differences were statistically significant （P﹤0.05）. CONCLUSION Serum PCT can be used as one target of diagnosis for bacterial infection of patients in Department of Orthopedics, dynamic monitoring of the serum PCT level can be used as reference of whether to use antimicrobial agents.
