摘 要:目的:通过银饱和分析法研究4种重金属(Cu、Pb、Cd、Zn)对参环毛蚓金属硫蛋白(MTs)的诱导特性。方法:Cu、Pb、Cd、Zn4种重金属诱导参环毛蚓30d后提取其MTs,进行Ag饱和置换,然后使用原子吸收法测量MTs含量。结果:Cd、Pb多在内脏中诱导MTs,Cu对MTs的诱导在肌肉和内脏中都较平均,Zn则更多地在肌肉中诱导MTs。结论:4种重金属对参环毛蚓MTs存在不同的诱导特性。银饱和分析法具有简便、快速、准确的优点,可用于MTs的准确定量。OBJECTIVE: To study on inducing characteristics of 4 heavy metals to Pheretima aspergillum metallothioneins (MTs) by silver saturation analysis. METHODS: After 30 days inducing to P. aspergillum with Cu, Pb, Cd and Zn, MTs were extracted and replaced by Ag. The contents of MTs were determined by atomic absorption. RESULTS : Cd and Pb induce more MTs in organs than in muscle, while the result of Zn induction is just the opposite. Cu induce almost the same amount of MTs both in organs and muscle. CONCLUSION: These 4 heavy metals differ in their inducing characteristics towards P. aspergillum MTs. Silver saturation analysis is simple, fast and accurate method that can be used in accurate quantitation of MTs.
