复方灵芝孢子精油软胶囊对S180荷瘤小鼠的抗肿瘤作用研究

摘　　要：目的:研究复方灵芝孢子精油软胶囊(CGOC)对S180荷瘤小鼠的抗肿瘤作用。方法:通过皮下注射S180荷瘤小鼠腹水至小鼠右腋以复制小鼠实体瘤模型。实验分为模型对照(等容食用油)、环磷酰胺(75mg/kg)、灵芝孢子油(193mg/kg)与CGOC高、中、低剂量(1540、770、385mg/kg)组。灌胃给药,每天1次,连续10d。末次给药后颈椎脱臼处死大鼠,剥离肿瘤、胸腺、脾脏,称质量,计算抑瘤率与胸腺、脾脏指数;采用血液分析仪计数血液中白细胞、淋巴细胞的数量。结果:与模型对照组比较,CGOC高、中、低剂量组抑瘤率、白细胞总数显著升高(P<0.01或P<0.05);CGOC中剂量组胸腺指数、脾脏指数、淋巴细胞总数显著升高(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:CGOC能抑制S180荷瘤小鼠的肿瘤生长,并对免疫系统具有一定的保护作用。OBJECTIVE： To study anti-tumor effect of Compound Ganoderma lucidum spore oil soft capsule （CGOC） on S180 tumor-bearing mice. METHODS： The mice were inoculated with sarcoma S 180 ascites on right armpit and divided into six groups randomly： blank control group （constant volume of edible oil）, cyclophosphamide group （75 mg/kg）, G. lucidum spore oil group （193 mg/kg）, CGOC high, medium and low-dose groups （1 540, 770 and 385 mg/kg）. They were given medicine intragastrically once a day for consecutive 10 days. After last administration, the mice were sacrificed. The tumor, thymus and spleen were isolat- ed and weighted, and the inhibition rates of tumor and thymus and spleen index were calculated. The hematology analyzer was used to count the number of leukocytes and lymphocytes. RESULTS ： Compared with model control group, the inhibition rate of tumor and the number of leukocytes in CGOC high, medium and low-dose groups increased significantly, and thymus, spleen index and the number of lymphocytes in CGOC mediumrdose group increased significantly （P（0.01 or P（0.05）. CONCLUSION： CGOC could inhibit tumor erowth of S180 tumor-bearine mice and protect the immune system.
