摘  要:目的:优选丹芪通片中药材的水提工艺。方法:以加水量(A)、煎煮时间(B)、煎煮次数(C)与药材粒度(D)为考察因素,以得膏率、黄芪总皂苷含量的综合评分为指标,采用正交试验优选丹芪通片水提工艺。结果:最优工艺条件为加8倍量水,煎煮2次,每次2h,药材粒度为粗粉。结论:优选的工艺稳定、可行、重复性好,可用于丹芪通片中药材的提取。OBJECTIVE: To optimize the water-extraction technology of Danqitong tablets. METHODS: The water-extraction technology of Danqitong tablets was optimized by orthogonal test with volume of water (A), decoction time (B), decoction times (C) and particle size of crude drugs (D) as factor using yield of extract and the contents of total saponins of Astragali Radix as index. RESULTS: The best extraction condition was as follows: adding 8-fold water, decocting two times, lasting for 2 h each time, coarse medicinal powder. CONCLUSION: The optimal extraction technology is stable, feasible and good repeatable. Therefore, it' s good for the extraction of Danqitong tablets.
