摘  要:目的:建立鼠曲草饮片的反相-高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)指纹图谱。方法:以绿原酸和异鼠李素为内参照物,色谱柱为YMC-PackODS-A(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为0.1%磷酸水溶液-乙腈(梯度洗脱),流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为320mn,柱温为35℃。结果:在RP-HPLC指纹图谱中确立了20个共有峰,建立了鼠曲草饮片的共有模式。10批鼠曲草饮片的相似度均大于0.900。结论:该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可为鼠曲草饮片的质量评价提供依据。OBJECTIVE: To establish RP-HPLC fingerprint of Gnaphalium affine decoction pieces. METHODS: Using chlorogenie acid and isorhamnetin as reference substance, the determination was performed on YMC-PackODS-A(250mm×4.6mm,5μm) column with mobile phase consisted of 0.1%phosphate acid-acetonitrile (gradient elution) at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. The detection wavelength was set at 320 nm, and the column temperature was 35 ℃. RESULTS: In RP-HPLC fingerprint, 20 common peaks were identified, and common model of G. affine tablets was established. The similarities of 10 batches were exceeded 0.9. CONCLUSION: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, and it provide reference for quality control of G. aJfine decoction pieces.
