摘 要:目的:研究生藤乙酸乙酯部位的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱、HP-20大孔吸附树脂柱和Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱等分离手段对生藤乙酸乙酯萃取部位进行分离纯化,通过波谱数据分析(1H-NMR、13C-NMR)进行结构鉴定。结果:从生藤乙酸乙酯部位分离出6个化合物,分别鉴定为apigenin7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosy(l1′″→2′″)-β-D-glucopyranoside(1)、α-香树脂醇(2)、6α-hydroxylup-20(29)-en-3-on-28-oic acid(3)、2α,3β-dihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid(4)、胡萝卜苷(5)、熊果酸(6)。其中,化合物1~4为首次从该植物中分离得到。结论:本试验结果可为寻找生藤发汗治感冒的活性成分及探明其作用机制提供依据。OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents of the ethyl acetate part of Stelmatocrypton khasianum. METHODS: Ethyl acetate part was isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, HP-20 macroporous adsorption resin column and Sephadex LH-20. Their chemical structures were elucidated by spectral data(^1H-NMR and ^13C-NMR). RESULTS: Six compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate part of S. khasianum. They were identified as apigenin 7-O-a-L-rhamnopyranosyl(l1′″→2′″) -β-D-glucopyranoside(1), a-amyrin ( 2 ) , 6α-hydroxylup-20(29)-en-3-on-28-oic acid(3)、2α,3β-dihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid(4), daucosterol (5), ursolic acid(6). Compounds 1,2,3 and 4 were isolated from this plant for the first time. CONCLUSION: The trial can orovide reference for exoloring the perspiration-induced active oart of S. khasianum curing cold and mechanism study.
