摘　　要：现代信息技术在图书馆各项业务工作中的广泛应用以及各类电子文献、网络文献和信息数据库的大量入网,为图书馆开展多元化的信息服务奠定了良好的技术和物质基础,使图书馆从手工方式的馆藏文献服务迈向全方位的信息化服务成为现实。合理的馆藏信息资源配置、信息技术设备的更新换代、信息服务人员综合素质的培养是图书情报界必须研究的课题。The modem information technology in library business work in the extensive have been applied and various types of new technology make the library from the manual mode of library services to a full range of information services to become a reality. Reasonable collection information resources allocation, information technology equipment upgrading, information services staff training of comprehensive qualities are the study target to library and information profession.
