超声消融术与子宫肌瘤剔除术对患者生存质量影响的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨超声消融术与子宫肌瘤剔除术对子宫肌瘤患者生存质量影响的差异。方法:随机选择100例子宫肌瘤患者按手术方式分组,分为超声消融组50例和子宫肌瘤剔除组50例。采用SF-36量表调查各组在术前1个月、术后1个月和术后12个月的生存质量。结果:术后1个月生存质量显示,超声消融组生存质量高于子宫肌瘤剔除组,p<0.05;术后12个月时两组生存质量差异无统计学意义,p>0.05。结论:超声消融术治疗子宫肌瘤能快速恢复患者的生存质量,但患者对超声消融术的心理接受程度还有待提高。Objective：To investigate the difference of high- intensity focused ultrasound and myomectomy on the quality of life in patients with uterine hysteromyomas. Methods： 100 women with uterine hysteromyonlas were selected and randomly divided into high- intensity focused ultrasound group（n = 50） and myomectomy group（ n = 50 ）. 36 - item Short Form Health Survery（ SF - 36） was used to assess the quality of life of patients in the two groups when the patients were followed up at 1 months before therapy, months and 12 months after surgery. Results： Quality of life in high- intensity focused ultrasound group was significantly higher than the patients in myomectomy group 1 month after operation, p 〈 0.05;there were no significant differences between the two groups, p 〉 0.05. Conclusion：High- intensity focused ultrasound for uterine hysteromyomas can resume quality of life in a short time, but the acceptance of high- intensity focused ultrasound should be reinforced.
