摘　　要：目的:采用环磷酰胺构建新西兰大白兔白细胞减少症模型。方法:从新西兰大白兔的耳缘静脉注射环磷酰胺(50mg/kg),连续4天,检测外周血中白细胞、中性粒细胞及淋巴细胞的细胞数。结果新西兰大白兔外周血白细胞、中性粒细胞及淋巴细胞于注射环磷酰胺后开始减少,至第4天降至低值(白细胞:2.37±1.03;中性粒细胞:0.61±0.79;淋巴细胞:1.8±0.77),并维持较长时间,观察至22天时外周中血白细胞、中性粒细胞及淋巴细胞仍处于较低水平(白细胞:4.90±0.54;中性粒细胞:2.75±0.55;淋巴细胞:2.04±0.76),与给药前相比具有统计学意义。结论:成功构建新西兰大白兔白细胞减少症模型。Purpose To build a New Zealand white rabbit leukopenia model of cyclophosphamide - induced leukopenia. Methods Injected cyclophosphamide （50mg/kg） into New Zealand white rabbits from the ear vein for four consecutive days, counted the cell number of peripheral blood leukocyte, neutrophilic granulocyte and lymphocyte. Results New Zealand white rabbits＇ peripheral blood leukocyte, neutrophilic granulocyte and lymphocyte started to decrease after cyclophosphamide injection, reduced to a low level till the fourth day （leukocyte：2.37 ± 1.03; neutrophilic granulocyte： 0.61± 0.79; lymphocyte： 1.8 ± 0.77） and lasts for a long time. Peripheral blood leukocytes, neutrophils and lymphocytes are still low in the 22nd day （leukocyte： 4.90 ± 0.54 ; neutrophils： 2.63 ± 0.48; lymphocytes ： 2.04± 0.76）, which has statistically significance compared with that before injection. Conclusion Successfully constructed New Zealand white rabbit＇s leukooenia model.
