薏苡的生物学研究进展

摘　　要：栽培薏苡(Coix lacryma-jobi L.)属于禾本科(Poaceae)玉蜀黍族(Trib.Maydeae Du-mort.)薏苡属(Coix Linn.)。薏苡属内有多个种,起源并广泛分布于东亚和东南亚地区。薏苡在东亚许多国家都是传统的保健和药用作物,具有重要的经济地位。在我国,薏苡不仅具有悠久的栽培历史,还是分布最广的药用经济作物。近年来,人们发现了薏苡有防治癌症的药用价值,使薏苡的生产变得更加重要。同时,作为玉米的近缘种,薏苡属植物的细胞遗传学、基因组学、比较基因组学等研究也随着玉米测序工作的完成而迅速推进。深入研究薏苡对于改良玉米及薏苡种质,阐明禾本科植物的进化与分化等方面都有重要价值。就薏苡属生物学各领域研究进展进行综述,并展望其未来的研究方向。Coix L. ,including many species, distributes across the Southeast Asia. The cuhivar Coix lacryma-jobi L. is a traditional medical and tonic herb in Asia, especially in China. In recent years, the reports on the extract of Coix lacryma-jobi L. can help treat and prevent cancer attract extensive attention. Evolutionarily, Coix L. consists of close relatives of maize（ Zea mays L. ）, therefore eytogenetics, genomics and comparative genomics of Coix L. can not only help to improve the germplasm of Coix lacryma-jobi L. and maize, but also shed light on the underlying mechanisms of evolution and differentiation of Gramineae. In this review, we summarized the recent research advances on Coix L. , and discussed the prospects of future study briefly.
