摘 要:针对目前我国煤矿生产过程中安全事故频发、存在大量工人违章作业现象等问题,指出了工种划分不明确、作业执行不到位、安全投入不足是其深层次方面的原因。通过国家安监总局施行的煤矿安全作业的相关规定和各地方有关煤矿井下人员培训的相关文件,划分出了71个煤矿井下工种,并提出了相应建议。使工人更加明确自身的岗位和职责,能让安全培训更具有针对性,提高了煤矿企业的生产安全。According to the safety accidents frequently occurred, many worker's operations against the mine regulations and other problems occurred during the mine production process in China, the paper pointed out that the unclear division of the underground work, improper conducted operations and investment shortage in the mine safety were the causes of the deep level aspect. According to the related regulations of the implemented coal mine safety operation issued by State Administration of Work Safety and the related documents of the mine underground personnel training issued by each local government, there are 71 work types defined in the underground coal mine and further proposals were provided. Thus the worker would more clear his post and responsibility, the mine safety training would have certain pertinence and the mine production safety could be improved.
