摘  要:文章针对煤矿轨道衡称重监测系统进行了详细设计,该系统实现了动态轨道衡称重与视频监测的整合。文中对系统的结构与功能进行了设计,并给出了其核心设备数据采集器、计量控制器的详细功能设计。该系统较好地完成了监测系统数据采集、称重计量、视频监测以及异常告警等功能,具有较好的组网灵活性以及可扩展性。According to the weighting monitoring and control system of the mine railway weighbridge, a detail design was conducted. The system realized an integration between the dynamic weighting of the railway weighbridge and the video monitoring and measuring. A design on the structure and functions of the system was conducted. The paper provided the detail function design on the data collector and the measuring controller of the key equipment. The system could well complete the data acquisition, weighting measuring, video monitoring and measuring, abnormal warning and other functions of the monitoring and measuring system and would have a well networking flexibility and extensibility.
