摘 要:为探明啶酰菌胺对番茄叶霉病菌的抑制效果,采用菌丝生长速率法分别测定了啶酰菌胺、嘧霉胺和多菌灵对番茄叶霉病菌的毒力,并进行了田间防治试验,结果表明:啶酰菌胺、嘧霉胺和多菌灵对番茄叶霉病菌菌丝生长抑制的EC50值分别为7.3972、10.7540和19.7834μg/mL,啶酰菌胺对番茄叶霉病菌菌丝生长抑制活性优于嘧霉胺和多菌灵;50%啶酰菌胺WDG 1200倍液、40%嘧霉胺SC 750倍液和50%多菌灵WP 1200倍液,2次施药后21 d对番茄叶霉病的防效分别为80.71%、72.05%和38.95%,啶酰菌胺对番茄叶霉病的防效优于嘧霉胺和多菌灵。The objective of this study was to investigate the inhibitory effect of Boscalid on tomato leaf mold. Mycelium growth rate method was used to determine the toxicity of Boscalid, Pyrimethanil and Carbendazim against tomato leaf mold, and field control tests were also conducted. According to the indoor tests, the ECs0 values of Boscalid, Pyrimethanil and Carbendazim were 7. 3972, 10.7540 and 19. 7834 μg/mL, respectively. Boscalid showed a better inhibitory activity to the mycelium growth of tomato leaf mold than Pyrimethanil and Carbendazim. On the 21st day after twice spraying 1200 - times dilution of 50% Boscalid WDG, 750 - times dilution of 40% Pyrimethanil SC and 1200 -times dilution of 50% Carbendazim WP, their field control effects against tomato leaf mold were 80.71%, 72.05% and 38.95%, respectively. The field control effect of Boscalid was better than that of Pyrimethanil and Carbendazim.
