摘  要:为了探讨胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)基因作为黄羽肉鸡饲料报酬分子标记的可行性,试验采用PCR-RFLP技术对394只黄羽矮小型肉鸡IGF-1基因的5'侧翼区进行遗传多态性分析。结果表明:IGF-1基因的5'侧翼区PCR扩增产物经HinfⅠ酶切后出现AA、AC和CC 3种基因型;经χ2检验,群体在该位点上处于Hardy-Weinberg平衡状态(P>0.05);不同基因型的最小二乘平均值分析发现,纯合基因型之间饲料报酬差异显著或极显著(P<0.05或P<0.01),AA基因型个体显著优于CC基因型个体,A为优势等位基因。To investigate the feasibility of IGF - 1 gene as molecular marker of feed conversion ratio in yellow chicken, PCR - RFLP technology was used to analyze the genetic polymorphisms at 5 ' flanking region of the IGF - 1 gene from 394 yellow - feathered dwarf broilers. The results showed that three genotypes of AA, AC and CC were found when the PCR products at 5' flanking region of the IGF -1 gene were digested by Hinf I enzyme. The X2 test showed that the dwarf population were in Hardy -Weinberg equilibrium in the locus (P 〉 0. 05 ). A least squares mean analysis for different genotypes showed that there was a significant or extremely significant difference in the feed conversion ratio between the homozygous genotypes ( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ), in which genotype AA was significantly lower than genotype CC, and A was the dominant allele.
