含污泥培养土中蚯蚓成活率及生理指标的研究

摘  要:为了给污泥的生物处理与废弃物资源化利用提供技术手段与理论依据,试验采用模拟正交试验方法,研究污泥、牛粪和锯末的不同比例对于蚯蚓成活率及生理指标的影响。结果表明:蚯蚓的成活率受污泥的影响最大,当污泥含量低于10%时,蚯蚓均可正常生长;当污泥含量超过10%后,蚯蚓成活率随着污泥含量的增加而下降,直至全部死亡;不同比例的污泥、牛粪、锯末对蚯蚓体内的超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶活性及可溶性蛋白含量均有不同程度的影响,以污泥对蚯蚓生理指标的影响较大。说明牛粪15%+污泥5%+锯末5%+洁净土壤75%为最适合蚯蚓生长的含污泥培养土。To provide technical means and theoretical basis for biological treatment of sludge and waste utilization as resources, an orthogonal test was used to study the effects of different content levels of sludge, cow dung and sawdust on the earthworm survival rate and physiological indica- tors. The results showed that the survival rate of earthworms was greatly affected by the sludge. When the content of sludge was less than 10%, earthworms could normally grow. But after the content of sludge was more than 10%, the survival rate of earthworm decreased with the increase of the content of the sludge, until the earthworms completely died. It was found that the different content of the sludge, cow dung and sawdust had different effects on the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT), and the content of soluble protein in earthworms, but the sludge had greater effect on the physiological indicators in earthworms. The results indicate that the soil containing sludge for culture, which consists of 15% cow dung, 5% sludge, 5% sawdust, and clean soil 75%, is the most suitable for earthworm growth.
