摘　　要：近年来,随着腹腔镜技术的逐步推广及外科医师对其的熟练掌握,其应用范围随也之扩大,有关其在胃癌患者中的报道也逐渐广泛。腹腔镜技术主要应用于胃癌的临床分期、术前诊断以及手术治疗,经多年的临床实践证明其在胃癌患者中的应用效果良好,因而得到了外科医师的广泛重视和积极尝试。但关于胃癌的腹腔镜手术效果、患者的术后生存等缺乏客观评价资料。该文通过复习国内外相关文献资料,将对腹腔镜在胃癌诊断及治疗中的应用进展作一综述。In recent years, laparoscopic technique was gradually popularized and skillfully mastered by surgeon, range of its applications was expanding at the same time, related reports gradually increased in patients with gastric cancer. The laparoscopic technique was mainly used in the clinical stage, preoperative diagnosis and surgical treatment of gastric cancer, it was proved with good results in gastric cancer patients by years of clinical practice, received extensive attention and positive attempt by surgeons. But it was still lacking of objective evaluation data, such as the effects and postoperative survival of laparoscopic gastric surgery. The application progress of laparoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment gastric cancer was reviewed by reviewing the relevant literatures in this article.
