摘 要:目的观察鼻内镜下小儿腺样体肥大和动力系统切除腺样体的临床效果。方法 2008年12月~2011年4月住院的小儿腺样体肥大患者217例,应用鼻咽侧位X线片和鼻内镜检查诊断小儿腺样体肥大,在鼻内镜下应用动力系统切除肥大的腺样体。结果 217例小儿腺样体肥大患者堵塞鼻后孔≤25%者5例;26%~50%者58例;51%~75%者132例;≥76%者22例。在鼻内镜下应用动力系统切除小儿肥大的腺样体,术后随访半年以上,治愈196例;有效17例;无效4例。结论鼻咽侧位X线片结合鼻内镜检查可准确诊断小儿腺样体肥大,在鼻内镜下应用动力系统是治疗小儿腺样体肥大的确实有效的方法。【Objective】To investigate the pediatric adenoidal hypertrophy via nasal endoscope and the clinical effects of dynamical system of removal the adenoid. 【Method】217 cases of children patients with adenoidal hypertrophy from December 2008 to April 2011 were enrolled , X-ray image of the nasopharynx and adenoidal hypertrophy was used to diagnose the pediatric adenoidal hypertrophy, dynamical system to remove the adenoids.【Result】 217 cases of children with adenoidal hypertrophy, only 5 cases plug choanal ≤ 25%; 26% to 50% was 58 cases; 51% to 75% was 132 cases; ≥ 76% was 22 cases. Dynamical system in nasal endoscope to remove the adenoidal hypertrophy in children, were followed up for more than six months. The cured were 196 cases; the effective was 17 cases; the invalid was 4 cases. 【Conclusion】X-ray image of the nasopharynx with nasal endoscope can accurately diagnose children with adenoidal hypertrophy, and application of dynamical system to treat the pediatric adenoidal hypertrophy is an indeed effective method.
