摘 要:采用SSR标记与形态学标记分析相结合的方法对五节芒(Miscanthus floridulus)与荻(M.sacchariflo-rus)种间人工杂交获得的杂种的真实性进行鉴定研究。结果表明:有两对SSR引物(HAU-170、A3)在32个M.floridulus×M.sacchariflorus杂交后代中鉴定出32个杂交种,真杂种率为100%;在103个M.sacchariflorus×M.floridulus杂交后代中鉴定出77个杂交种,真杂种率为77.46%。而采用形态学标记从M.floridulus×M.sacchariflorus杂交后代中鉴定出32个真杂种,比例为100%;从103个M.sacchariflorus×M.floridulus杂交后代中鉴定出80个真杂种,比例为77.67%。SSR分子标记鉴定与形态学鉴定结果的符合度为97.3%。SSR markers and morphological markers were used to identify the authenticity of the hybrids between Miscanthus floridulus and M. sacchariflorus. The results showed that 32 hybrids of M. floridulus×M, sacchariflorus were identified as true hybrids based on two SSR markers (HAU-170 and A3), true hybrid rate was 100%; and 77 of 103 hybrids of M. sacchariflorus×M, floridulus were identified as true hybrids, true hybrid rate was 77. 46%. On the other hand, 32 hybrids of M. floridulusXM. sacchariflorus were identified as true hybrids based on morphological markers, true hybrid rate was 100 and 80 of 103 hybrids of M. sacchariflorus X M. floridulus were identified as true hybrids; true hybrid rate was 77.67%. Consistency between the results obtained by SSR markers and morphological markers reached 97.3%.
