摘  要:在超声波条件下,采用弱酸性染料对羽毛纤维进行染色,通过多元线性回归分析方法,分析了染色时间、染色温度对羽毛纤维上染百分率、甲醛含量的影响,探讨它们之间的相关性,分别建立了上染百分率、甲醛含量和染色工艺条件之间的二元线性回归方程,根据线性回归方程,得出较优的染色工艺条件为:染色时间45 min,染色温度80℃。实验结果表明,弱酸性染料的上染百分率可以达到92.1%,甲醛含量的最高值为33.09 mg/kg。上染百分率和甲醛含量的线性回归方程具有良好的拟合性和预测能力,对实际生产有指导意义。This paper discussed that influence of different dyeing time and dyeing temperature on dye uptake and the formaldehyde content through the multiple linear regression analysis method, respectively, which established linear regression equation of dye uptake, the formaldehyde content with different dyeing process conditions. The best dyeing conditions were as follows: dyeing time 45 min and the dyeing temperature 80 ℃. The experimental results showed that dye uptake could achieve 92. 1% and the highest value of the formaldehyde content was 33.09 mg/kg. The linear regressions of feather fibers had a high fitting precision and a good predicting ability. It was valuable to the manufacture of feather fibers.
