摘　　要：研究了后整理过程中促使羊毛产生形变的条件,通过加入毛织物化学定形剂、光亮剂,达到定形持久、色泽光亮的目的。对NC034型刺果机进行了设备研究改造。实验结果表明:羊毛产生了形变并且具有规律性的弯曲,色泽亮丽形成了水波浪的纹理。该款高清水波纹新概念个性面料,打破了常规粗纺毛呢面料风格单调的特点,实现粗纺毛呢的独特风格,符合市场潮流,与世界流行面料流行趋势接轨,具有创新性、时尚个性化,受到了广大消费者的青睐,提高了企业效益。The paper researched the condition resulting in wool deformation in finishing process, through increasing chemical wool sizing agent and brightener to achieve sizing lasting and bright luster. Meanwhile,it researched and transformed NC034 teasels gig. The experimental results showed that wool deformation had regular curve and bright luster forms water wave texture. This kind of high definition waving new concept character fabric broke common slub fabric＇s monotone and achieve slub fabrics＇ special style, fit market trend and was geared to international fashion trend. It was innovation and fashion personalized, attracted the attention of customers and increased profits.
