摘　　要：通过设计3因素3水平的正交试验,优化了全自动索氏浸提系统萃取羊毛条油脂的工艺。由极差分析得出:淋洗时间是影响萃取效果的最主要因素,结合单因素试验对淋洗时间进行探讨,最终得到了较优的萃取工艺条件:135℃、沸腾时间50 min、淋洗时间90 min。在此条件下,测得羊毛条的含油率为0.738%。In this paper, the extraction conditions of lanoline using Soxtec Automatic System were optimized through orthogonal experiment of three factors and three levels. Rinsing time was the key factor for the extraction efficiency by range analysis. After further investigation of rinsing time by single factor test, the optimum conditions were finally obtained, 135 ℃, boiling time 50 min, rinsing time 90 min. On the optimal conditions, the measured grease content of wool top was 0. 738%.
