抗定形羊毛保护剂在羊绒染色中的应用

摘　　要：从羊绒染色损伤的影响因素出发,采用商用保护剂(WH)和实验合成的抗定形类羊毛保护剂作为染色过程的保护剂,考察了保护剂用量对保护作用的影响,以羊绒染色性能和机械性能作为保护效果的评价标准,讨论了不同保护剂的保护作用。结果表明:加入保护剂后,羊绒纤维上染百分率、固色率、K/S值有所下降,且随着保护剂用量的增加逐渐下降,但影响不是很大;加入保护剂后,羊绒手感滑糯,纤维断裂强力明显提高。综合各项测试指标,自制保护剂WQ保护效果最好。From the factors of cashmere damage, by using the commercial protection agent （WH） and the synthesis of anti-setting protective agent as protective agents for dyeing process, the effects of protective agent concentration on the protection function were inspected and the protective effects of different protective agents were discussed, which dyeing and strength were as the evaluation standard. The results showed that： after adding protective agent, the dyeing rate, fixation rate, and K/S value were gradually decreased with the increase of protection agent dosage, but the effect was not large, the hand was soft and smooth, the strength was improved. Based on all the indexes, self-made protective agent WQ had best protection effect.
