摘 要:目的研究甘草提取物的最低抑菌浓度及其对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法以大肠埃希菌和金黄色葡萄球菌为供试菌。结果甘草提取物对大肠埃希菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的最低抑菌浓度均为12 mg/mL。甘草提取物能提高小鼠的免疫功能,当甘草提取物浓度为100μg/mL时,与对照组相比,小鼠脾脏T淋巴细胞增殖率为(32.62±1.06)%,B淋巴细胞增殖率为(28.20±1.68)%;腹腔巨噬细胞的增殖率为(40.19±2.38)%;腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬能力提高(24.20±0.01)%;NK细胞杀伤活力提高(15.83±1.02)%;IL-1、IL-2的体外诱生增殖率分别为(12.34±0.72)%、(23.78±1.87)%。结论甘草提取物能抑制大肠埃希菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的生长。Objective To investigate the minimum inhibitory concentration of liquorice extract on Escherichia coli and Staphylococ- cus aureus, and its effects on immune function in mice. Methods Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus were used as the testing bacteria. Results Liquorice extracts had suppressed the growth of S. aureus and E. coll. And there was positive correlation between the inhibitory action and the concentration of the extracts. The minimum inhibitory concentrations of liquorice extracts against Escherichia coil and Staphylococcus aureus were both 12 mg/mL. In addition, liquorice extracts improved the immune functions of the mice. When the concentration of liquorice extracts was 100 ~g/mL, the proliferation rate of T cells and B cells were 32.62% + 1.06% and 28.20% + 1.68%, respectively, while that of peritoneal macrophages was up to 40. 19% + 2.38%. Meanwhile, the phagocytotic ability was en- hanced by 24.20% +0.01%, and the killing activity of NK cells was increased by 15.83% + 1.02%. The induced proliferation rates of IL-I and IL-2 were 12.34% -+ 0.72% and 23.78% + 1.87%, respectively. Conclusion Liquorice extracts can inhibit the growth of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus in a dose-dependent manner.
