摘  要:目的对加与不加脂质的检测结果进行了比较分析,以了解脂质对抗真菌药物体外抗菌活性的影响程度。方法在ATB F2半固体培养基中添加橄榄油、玉米油、芝麻油、大豆油、甘油、液体石蜡、吐温20、40、60和80,使各种脂质的终浓度为0.5%和2%;用ATB FUNGUS 3药敏板条对克柔假丝酵母菌ATCC 6258、近平滑假丝酵母菌ATCC 22019和糠秕马拉色菌ATCC 14521进行了MIC检测,并对检测结果进行比较分析。结果在对克柔假丝酵母菌ATCC 6258和近平滑假丝酵母菌ATCC 22019进行检测时,各种脂质对氟胞嘧啶的检测结果无影响,氟康唑(FCA)除2%液体石蜡油对近平滑假丝酵母菌ATCC 22019的MIC值为8μg/ml外,加其余各浓度脂质的药敏结果均在质控范围内;2%的4种吐温在检测克柔假丝酵母菌ATCC 6258时对伏立康唑有轻度的抑制(MIC升高1倍),但检测近平滑假丝酵母菌ATCC 22019时对伏立康唑无抑制作用;甘油对5种抗真菌药物的检测结果均无影响,液体石蜡对5种抗真菌药物的检测结果影响很小;不同浓度的各种植物油和吐温对伊曲康唑(ITR)的抗菌活性有明显的抑制作用,2株参考菌株的MIC值均有明显的升高;两种浓度的4种吐温对两性霉素B(AMB)抗菌活性的抑制作用随菌种不同而异,克柔假丝酵母菌ATCC 6258在两种浓度均有明显的抑制作用,MIC值达16~>16μg/ml,近平滑假丝酵母菌ATCC 22019高浓度抑制作用强于低浓度;吐温以外的其他种类的脂质对AMB均无抑制作用;对糠秕马拉色菌ATCC 14521的检测结果显示,未加脂质及加甘油和加吐温20的对照孔培养72h均不生长,加其他脂质时对照孔生长良好,且在孵育72h时对照孔生长旺盛,结果易于判读。结论脂质对抗真菌药物的体外抗菌活性有影响,不同药物受影响程度不尽相同,影响程度依脂质种类而异,随脂质浓度增加MIC值有随之增大的趋势,甘油虽然对克柔假丝酵母菌ATCC 6258和近平滑假丝�OBJECTIVE To study the influence of lipid on the antifungal activity through comparative analysis of the test results with and without lipid in vitro. METHODS The olive oil, corn oil, sesame oil, soybean oil, glycerin, liquid paraffin, TWEEN20, TWEEN40, TWEEN60 and TWEEN80 were added to the ATB F2 media and every lipid final concentration was made to 0.5% and 2%. MICs of C. krusei ATCC6258, C. parapsilosis ATCC22019 and ATCC14521 were measured by ATB FUNGUS 3 strips. RESULTS Every lipid had no influence on 5-fluorocy- tosine (5-FC) in the testing of C. krusei ATCC6258 and C. parapsilosis ATCC22019, and to fluconazole (FCA) except the MIC of C. krusei ATCC6258 were 8μg/ml with 2% liquid paraffin oil, other results with different concentrations of lipid paraffin oil were all in quality control range. The four kinds TWEEN on 2% concentration in the testing of C. krusei ATCC6258 had mild inhibition on voriconazole, but to C. parapsilosis ATCC22019 the four kinds TWEEN had no inhibition on voriconazole. Glycerol did not affect the test results of the five antifungal agents, and liquid paraffin on the test results of the five antifungal agents had little effect. Different concentrations of various vegetable oils and TWEEN had significantly inhibition on the antifungal activity of itraconazole (ITR), the MICs of the two reference strains were significantly higher (more than 8-32 times higher than the no lipid MICs). The four kinds TWEEN in different concentrations had different inhibition on the antifungal activity of amphotericin B (AMB) in different species. The inhibition was significantly on the two concentrations in C. krusei ATCC6258, and the inhibition was stronger in high concentrations than in low concentrations. Other types of lipid other than TWEEN had no inhibitory effect on amphotericin B (AMB).
