综合干预措施对子宫切除患者手术部位感染的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨预防与控制子宫切除患者手术部位感染的有效措施,以降低手术部位感染的发生。方法回顾性调查2009年子宫切除患者手术部位感染,2010年对子宫切除患者手术部位感染进行目标性监测,通过综合干预、反馈、讨论,提出改进方案,不断完善和巩固预防与控制子宫切除患者手术部位感染的措施。结果 356例子宫切除患者中,发生医院感染24例,感染率为6.74%;以手术部位感染为首18例,占75.01%;通过干预措施,手术部位感染率逐年下降,2009、2010、2011年子宫切除手术部位感染率分别为9.00%、5.07%、1.69%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合干预能有效控制子宫切除患者手术部位感染的危险因素,降低手术部位感染率,对保证医疗质量和患者的生命安全起到了重要作用。OBJECTIVE To explore the effective measures of prevention and control of surgical site infections in the patients undergoing hysterectomy so as to reduce the incidence of surgical site infections. METHODS The patients with surgical site infections who underwent hysterectomy in 2009 were investigated retrospectively, the targeted monitoring was performed for the patients with surgical site infections who underwent the hysterectomy in 2010. The measures for prevention and control the surgical site infections were continuously improved and made sound through the comprehensive intervention, feedback, and discussion. RESULTS Of totally 356 cases undergoing hysterectomy, the nosocomial infections occurred in 24 cases with the incidence rate of 6. 74% there were 18 （75.01%） cases of patients with the surgical site infections; after the implementation of the interventions the incidence of the surgical site infections was decreased year by year, 9.00% in 2009, 5.07% in 2010 ,and 1.69% in 2011, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION The comprehensive interventions can effectively control the risk factors for the surgical site infections in the patients undergoing hysterectomy, reduce the incidence of the surgical site infections, and ensure the medical quality and the safety of patientsr lives.
