摘 要:目的通过持续质量改进(CQI)的实施与效果评价,降低医院工作人员锐器伤发生率。方法调查医院工作人员锐器伤发生基本情况,分析发生原因,制定计划和方案,应用PDCA循环进行质量持续改进,对比调查评价措施效果。结果经过一个阶段的实践,医院工作人员锐器伤发生率从13.7%下降至9.3%,锐器伤发生后上报率从1.4%上升至9.3%,防护知识培训率从87.7%上升至96.3%。结论应用持续质量改进的方法,可有效降低医院工作人员锐器伤发生率,从而降低血源性职业暴露的发生率。OBJECTIVE To reduce the incidence of sharp injuries in hospital staff by implementation of continuous quality improvement and the evaluation of effect. METHODS The basic line of the sharp injuries in the hospital staff was investigated to analyze the causes. Programs were developed according to the investigation, and PDCA cycle was applied for continuous quality improvement. The incidence of sharp injuries was compared before and after the continuous quality improvement. RESULTS After a period of practice, the incidence of the sharps injuries in the hospital staff decreased from 13.7%o to 9.3%, the reporting rate of sharp injuries increased from 1.4% to 9.3%, and the rate of training of protection awareness increased from 87. 7% to 96. 3%. CONCLUSION The application of continuous quality improvement can effectively reduce the incidence of sharp injuries in the hospital staff, so as to reduce the incidence of blood-borne occupational exposure.
