摘  要:目的了解口腔综合治疗台水路(DUWL)系统污染状况,探讨DUWL消毒方法和消毒的频率,减少手机回吸所致的污染。方法在DUWL消毒前及消毒后第1、2、3天,随机采集口腔综合治疗台的水源水、手机喷水和三用水枪出水的水样进行细菌总数检测和菌种鉴定,每月进行1次,重复5次;DUWL消毒是以500mg/L含氯消毒液消毒每个口腔综合治疗台的所有出水管路,作用30min后恢复原有供水系统。结果工作常态下手机喷水含菌量为(64333±21185)CFU/ml、三用枪出水含菌量为(16217±7105)CFU/ml,DUWL消毒后第1、2天手机喷水和三用枪出水平均含菌量(40±81)、(163±100)CFU/ml和(153±127)、(196±135)CFU/ml,消毒后第3天菌量明显增加,与第1、2天相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);水源水含菌量<100CFU/ml,符合GB5749-2006规定的《生活饮用水卫生标准》。结论口腔综合治疗台水路系统污染较为严重,必须采取综合性措施控制DUWL污染,除改善水源水水质外,还应选择有效的消毒方法对DUWL进行常规消毒,同时注意操作时采取防回吸措施,以减少手机回吸所致的污染。OBJECTIVE To observe the status of the contamination of dental unit water lines (DUWL)and discuss the disinfection methods and the frequency of disinfection so as to reduce the contamination caused by back suction. METHODS The water from source, hand pieces,3-in-I syringe were drawn and cultured during routine practice without disinfection, the first day, the second day and the third day after disinfection once a month in 5 months. The DUWL was filled with 500mg/L available chlorine for 30 min to disinfect the facility. RESULTS The microbial counts of water from hand pieces and 3-in-1 syringe before the disinfection were (64333 ±21185) CFU/ ml and (16217±7105) CFU/ml, respectively. The average bacterial counts of the hand pieces and 3-in-I syringe on the first day and the second day were (40±81)CFU/ml, (163±100)CFU/ml and (153±127)CFU/ml, (196±135)CFU/ml. However, the bacterial count increased remarkably on the third day , and the difference among the three days was statistically significant (P〈0.01). The bacterial counts of the source water was less than 100 CFU/ml, which met the GB5749-2006 drinking water sanitary standard. CONCLUSION The water of dental unit water lines is polluted severely. The comprehensive measures must be carried out to avoid the pollution of DUWL water. In addition to the improvement of quality of the source water, appropriate disinfection methods and fre- quent disinfection for DUWL should be taken as a routine.
