摘　　要：目的调研上海市医院消毒供应中心(CSSD)的清洗、消毒及管理现状。方法市医院感染质控中心统一设计调查表,由各医院感染管理科到消毒供应中心进行调研,并于规定时间内上报,市质控中心在年底质控督查时进行数据核实。结果调研了63所医院的CSSD,仅29所医院实现了集中供应占46.0%;18所医院仍仅靠手工进行器械的清洗占28.6%;17所医院租赁器械的清洗由厂家负责占30.3%;5所医院使用棉布进行包装但不记录次数占7.9%;25所医院的6项追溯信息标注在灭菌包或封包带上占39.7%。结论上海市目前CSSD的管理已经基本符合卫生部2009年《医院消毒供应中心:管理规范》等3个强制性标准的要求,但细节管理仍待进一步完善。OBJECTIVE To investigate the current status of the cleaning, disinfection, and management of the central sterile supply department （CSSD） in the hospitals of Shanghai. METHODS The questionnaires designed by Shanghai Nosocomial Infection Control Center were completed by infectious control personnel after supervision in CSSD. The data were submitted in time and were verified at supervision by the Nosocomial Infection Control Center in the end of the year. RESULTS Totally 63 hospitals＇s CSSD were enrolled, among which there were only 29（46%） hospitals that achieved the centralized supply, 17（30.3%） hospitals whose cleaning of the equipment was taken charged by the companies, 5（7.9%） hospitals that packed the equipments with but did not record, and 25（7.9%） hospitals with six items of traced back information labeled on the package or bandage. CONCLUSION The current status of the management of CSSD in Shanghai has basically complied with tree mandatory standards in the Management standard of central sterile supply department in hospital issued by the Ministry of Health, while several details in the managements need to be improved.
