摘  要:目的比较微生物检测、残留蛋白和三磷酸腺苷(ATP)生物荧光测定用于胃镜清洗质量监测的结果,以有效维护患者的诊疗安全。方法胃镜使用后完成复用程序中的整个清洗步骤,在实施戊二醛消毒前,对胃镜外表面和活检通道冲洗液进行微生物、残留蛋白和ATP生物荧光测定。结果胃镜外表面微生物、残留蛋白和ATP监测合格率分别为80.0%、70.0%和76.7%(χ2=0.842,P=0.656);活检通道冲洗液3项技术监测合格率分别为63.3%、33.3%和53.3%(χ2=5.600,P=0.061);3项技术在监测胃镜不同部位的清洗质量差异均无统计学意义。结论 3项技术均适用于内镜清洗质量监测,应高度重视内镜复用的清洗质量,开展内镜复用清洗质量的监测,并根据各院特点选择清洗质量的监测技术。OBJECTIVE To compare the results of detection of cleaning quality of gastro-endoscopes among the microbiological testing, residual protein, and ATP bioluminescence assay so as to effectively ensure the safety of diagnosis and treatment. METHODS The outer surface and the biopsy channel of endoscopes were sampled and detected by the microbiological testing, residual protein testing and ATP bioluminescence assay after fulfilling cleaning procedures and before the disinfection with glutaraldehyde. RESULTS The qualified rates of monitoring of outer surface microorganisms, residual protein, and ATP assay were 80.0%, 70.0%, and 76.7%, respectively (x^2 =0. 842 ,P=0. 656); the qualified rates of the flushing fluid from biopsy channel of the three techniques were 63.3%, 33.3%, and 53.3%, respectively(x^2=5. 600,P=0. 061) ; the difference in the cleaning quality of the different parts of the gastro- endoscopes between the three techniques was not statistically significant. CONCLUSION All the three techniques are suitable for the monitoring of cleaning quality of the endoscopes, it is necessary to attach great importance to the cleaning quality of recyclable endoscopes, conduct the monitoring of the leaning quality of the recyclable endoscopes, and choose the appropriate monitoring techniques based on the characteristics of the hospital.
