提高医务人员手卫生正确率的干预效果分析

摘　　要：目的了解医务人员手卫生正确率及干预措施的效果。方法在医务人员不知情的情况下,由受过专门培训的调查员,按照统一的方法和表格,调查医务人员手卫生正确率;采取签署目标责任书、会议反馈等干预措施。结果医务人员手卫生的正确率为85.04%,不同专业医务人员手卫生正确率相差较大,以护士最高,为94.09%;随着一系列干预措施的实施与推进,医务人员手卫生正确率由70.78%升高至92.88%,呈逐月升高趋势,差异有统计学意义(χ2=128.56,P<0.05)。结论信息传递通畅并及时反馈对提高医务人员手卫生正确率至关重要;在培训方面应关注手卫生揉搓时间的宣传,并针对不同个体、不同问题细化培训。OBJECTIVE To investigate the accuracy of hand hygiene of the medical staff and the effectiveness of bundle interventions. METHODS We observed and recorded the hand hygiene practices of the workers using single-blind method and carried out bundle interventions, such as signing target responsibility documents, meeting feedback, and so on. All the investigators who were specially trained conducted the investigation according to uniform method and investigation form. RESULTS The accuracy of hand hygiene of the healthcare workers was 85. 04%, which varied among different professional workers. The accuracy of hand hygiene of the nurses was 94.09%, which was the highest. With the implementation of bundle interventions, the accuracy of hand hygiene of the healthcare workers increased from 70.78G to 92.88% , showing an monthly upward trend, the difference was statistically significant（x^2= 128.56,P〈0.05 ）. CONCLUSION The smooth delivery of information and the timely feedback are crucial to improve the accuracy of hand hygiene of the medical staffs. On the training, we should be aware of the publicity of information about the duration of hand rubbing and develop the refinement of training for different individuals and different issues.
