摘 要:目的分析医院2007-2010年左氧氟沙星用药频度与临床分离的10种主要细菌耐药相关性,为临床氟喹诺酮类药物合理应用提供依据。方法提取2007年1月-2010年12月左氧氟沙星使用量(0.5g)及相应年度大肠埃希菌等10种常见病原菌的分离株及其对左氧氟沙星的耐药资料,采用SPSS13.0统计软件进行分析。结果 2007-2010年大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌和克雷伯菌属的分离率分别为22.2%、15.9%、9.2%;大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌和克雷伯菌属对左氧氟沙星的耐药率以2008年为最高,分别为71.6%、49.4%、34.5%;左氧氟沙星用药频度为39.61;左氧氟沙星用药频度与铜绿假单胞菌、克雷伯菌属、金黄色葡萄球菌和肠杆菌属耐药率均呈高度正相关(P<0.05)。结论左氧氟沙星的用药频度与细菌耐药存在相关性。OBJECTIVE To investigate the relationship between the I)DDs of levofloxacin and antibiotic resistance of 10 main species of clinical isolates of pathogens so as to provide basis for the reasonable use of fluoroquinolones in the nospital. METHODS The clinical data of the patients who used 0.5 g of levofloxacin from Jan 2007 to Dec 2010 and the data of the drug resistance to levofloxacin of the 10 common species of pathogens isolated in the same period, were extracted, then the statistical analysis was performed with by using SPSS13.0 software. RESULTS From 2007 to 2010, Escherichia coli was the most common gram-negative bacterium with the isolation rate of 22.2% , following by Pseudomonas aeruginosus (15.9 %) and Klebsiella spp ( 9.2 %). The drug resistance rates of the three species were highest in 2008 , which were 71.6 %, 49.4%, and 34.5%, respectively. At the same time, the DDDs of levofloxacin was 39. 61. The DDDs of levofloxaein was highly positively correlated with the drug resistance rates of P. aeruginosa, Klebsiella spp, Staphylococcus aureus and Enterobacter (P 〈 0. 05). CONCLUSION There is certain correlation between the DDDs of levofloxacin and bacterial resistance.
