摘　　要：详细回顾了中国建国以来林业发展过程中林权政策的历史变革,梳理了各个时期林权政策的产生背景、主要内容及其基本特征,并从经济学角度分析了林权政策演变的合理性及发展趋势。由此可见,中国林权走过了一个曲折的变动过程,而最终的走向即由"分"到"合",既是经济合理的,也是市场配置和利益驱动下的一种必然。This paper reviewed detailedly the historical changes of forest tenure policy in the process forestry development since the founding of China. This article hackled the various periods of forest tenure policy, including background, main contents and basic features, then analyzed the evolution and trends of forest tenure policy from the economic angle. Finally, we found that forest rights in China have gone through a tortuous and volatile process with the final trend from ＂decentralized＂ to ＂centralized＂, which was economic rationality and a necessity in the market and interest-driven.
