摘　　要：随着我国城市化进程的加快,城市规模的不断扩大,管线的使用需求和长度也不断增加,各种地下管线的总量已经十分庞大。然而,城市地下管线的安全状况却没有引起足够的重视,由此引发了城市中一系列影响可持续发展的地下管线安全问题。从问题本身入手,分析了引起各类问题的内在原因,并提出用政策性管理的手段来解决地下管线安全发展的问题。With the acceleration of the urbanization process and the constant expansion of city in China, demand for the use and length of the pipeline are increasing, so that the total amount of all kinds of underground pipelines is already extensive. However, the safety situation of the urban underground pipeline did not attract enough attention, which triggered a series of underground pipeline safety issues affecting the sustainable development. Start from the problem itself, this paper analyzes the underlying reasons that cause all kinds of problems, and is proposed to solve the problem of the development of underground pipeline safety by oolitcal management.
