摘　　要：[目的]建立10%烟碱.高效氯氟氰菊酯水乳剂的高效液相色谱分析方法。[方法]使用正相XDB-C18柱和可变波长紫外检测器,以CH3OH-H2O(体积比90∶10)混合溶剂为流动相,在流速1.0 mL/min和245 nm波长下,用外标法对10%烟碱.高效氯氟氰菊酯水乳剂中2种有效成分同柱定量分析。[结果]对烟碱和高效氯氟氰菊酯测定线性相关系数分别为0.9967、0.9985,标准偏差分别为0.037、0.023,变异系数分别为0.410%、2.322%,平均回收率分别为99.35%、101.69%。[结论]该方法简便、精确度高、重复性好。[Aims] To establish HPLC method for the analysis of nicotine· lambda-cyhalothrin 10% EW.[Mothods] Quantitative analysis of the active ingredient was conducted using a XDB-C18 column, a variable wavelength UV detector at UV 245 nm, CH3OH ： H20=90 ： 10（by vol） as the mobile phase with the flowrate of 1.0 mL/min, and an external standard. [Results] For nicotine arid lambda-cyhalothrin respectively, linear correlations are 0.996 7 and 0.998 5 respectively, standard deviations are 0.037, 0.023 respectively,coefficients of variation are 0.410, 2.322% respectively, and average recovery ratios are 99.35 and 101.69% respectively. [Conclusions] This method is simple, with high accuracy and good repeatability.
