摘  要:【目的】建立环氧虫啉在甘蓝与土壤中的残留分析方法。【方法】样品用乙腈提取,氟罗里硅土和活性炭净化,在氨基柱上进行分离和高效液相色谱紫外检测器检测。【结果】土壤和植株中的平均回收率分别为78.39%~93.13%和77.9%~84.59%,变异系数分别为2.27%~6.59%~3.42%~5.97%,仪器最小检出量为0.2ng,最低检测质量分数为0.01mg/kg。【结论】该方法简单可靠,符合农药残留分析要求,可用于甘蓝和土壤中环氧虫啉的残留检测。[Aims] An analysis method for determination of cycolxylidin residue in cabbage and soil was established. [Methods] The sample was extracted with acetonitrile, cleaned-up by Florisil and activated carbon, separated with amino column and determined by HPLC-UV. [Results] The average recoveries in cabbage and soil were 78.39-93.13%, 77.9- 84.59%, and the coefficient of variation were 2.27-6.59%, 3.42-5.97% respectively. The limit of detection of cycloxylidin was 0.2 ng, the limit of quantification was 0.01 mg/kg. [Conclusions] The method is simple and reliable, meet with the requirement of pesticide residues analysis, and could be aoolied for determining cvcloxvlidin residues in cabbage and soil.
