摘  要:微透析是一种活体微创取样技术,在眼部药动学中应用越来越受关注。眼部微透析技术为眼内药物浓度的监测提供一种有效的新途径,为新药研发与临床合理用药提供科学依据。本文综述了有关眼部微透析技术的特点及发展,介绍了眼部微透析技术在药动学方面的进展,分别归纳了微透析在麻醉和清醒动物眼前房和眼后段的应用以及检测方法。Microdialysis is a living and minimally invasive sampling technique, and researchers have more focused on its application in research of drug disposition in the eyes. Microdialysis has evolved as one of the most powerful tools to monitor concentrations of the drugs treating various ocular diseases, and may provide a scientific basis in the development and clinically rational use of drugs. According to the characteristics and development, we introduced the mierodialysis technique in ocular application, and summarized mierodialysis and other analytical methods in both anesthetized and conscious animal models for ocular anterior and posterior segments.
