摘　　要："两会"服务是国家图书馆立法决策服务的重要品牌,经过十余年的发展形成了多种服务产品。"两会"服务是在特定时期提供的特定的立法决策服务,因此在产品的设计、编制以及推送服务方面有其一定的规制和要求。表1。参考文献2。The NPC ＆ CPPCC Annual Sessions are often called ＂Two Sessions＂, making important national level political decisions. The National Library of China has begun the reference service for the ＂Two Sessions＂ from 1998, and has accumulated rich experiences on service content design, editing materials and marketing services.
