陕西省“新生代”农民工信息需求实证研究

摘　　要：从需求内容、信息意识、信息获取途径、信息购买能力、生理卫生信息需求五个方面调查陕西省"新生代"农民工的信息需求现状;从信息歧视、信息障碍引发的"鱼贯效应"、公益性信息服务机构服务效率三个方面调查其信息获取障碍。根据研究结果,提出实行信息正义;以"平等"的视角为"新生代"农民工提供信息服务;建立以政府为导向的"新生代"农民工信息援助体制;实现信息均衡,避免"新生代"农民工逆向信息选择等合理化建议。表10。参考文献8。The information demand of the ＂new generation＂ migrant workers in Shaanxi province was investiga- ted from demand content, information consciousness, information access, information purchase capacity, physi- ological health information requirements. Information access ban：iers were surveyed from information discrimina- tion, ＂filed effect＂ triggered by information obstacle, public information service efficiency as well. According to the result of investigation, some proposals were put forward： implement the information justice; provide e- qual information service for ＂new generation＂ migrant workers; establish information assistance system oriented by government; advance information balance to avoid ＂filed effect＂ caused by adverse selection; and so on.
