摘 要:制备了具有应变硬化特性和多缝开裂特性的PVA-SHCC(聚乙烯醇-应变硬化水泥基复合材料)试件,通过毛细吸水试验和氯离子侵蚀试验,研究了不同拉伸应变水平下SHCC的吸水特性和抗氯离子侵蚀性。结果表明:制备的SHCC试件表现出明显的应变硬化特性和多缝开裂特性;随着拉伸应变的增大,SHCC试件的吸水速度增快,吸水量增大,氯离子侵入深度和侵入量增大;暴露于侵蚀性环境中的SHCC构件,需要严格其拉伸应变,必要的时候要采取有效的防护措施。PVA-SHCC (polyvinyl alcohol-strain hardening cement-based composite) specimens with strain hardening and multi-crack property were prepared.Though capillary absorption test and chloride penetration test, water absorption and chloride penetration of SHCC under different strain level were investigated.The results indicated that:the prepared SHCC specimens had strain hardening and multi-crack property.With the increase of tension strain, SHCC would absorb water quicker and absorb more water.Also chloride would penetrate into the specimens deeper and more chloride would penetration into the specimens.When SHCC was exposed to severe environment, the tension strain should be controlled strictly and effective protective method should be taken into consideration.
