摘 要:以三峡库区桥梁锚碇结构为基础,从提高大体积新拌混凝土的工作性能及其硬化后的耐久性能,兼顾经济性角度出发,利用缓凝高效减水剂、大掺量粉煤灰和矿渣粉取代水泥来降低水胶比和水化热、推迟水化热峰值出现时间;根据锚碇大体积混凝土的特点,采用紧密堆积密度确定骨料参数和砂率,结合普通混凝土配合比设计方法,提出了桥梁锚碇防渗大体积混凝土的设计方法;通过试验获得了防渗大体积混凝土中粉煤灰和矿渣粉的最大掺量及最佳比例,并推荐了桥梁锚碇用C30防渗大体积混凝土的配合比。It was based on bridge anchor structure of three gorges reservoir area, from the perspective of enhancing the work performance of fresh mass concrete and the durable performance after hardening, taking into account the economic perspective, with the use of retarding high efficiency water reducing agent,large dosage of fly ash and slag powder to replace cement to reduce the water-binder ratio and hydration heat, delay the spikes time of hydration heat.According to the characteristics of mass concrete, measured with the closed-packing density to determine the parameters of aggregate and sand ratio, combined with common concrete mix design method, and put forward the design method of bridge anchor anti-seepage mass concrete.Through the test, the maximum dosage and best proportion of fly ash and slag powder used in the anti-seepage mass concrete were obtained, and at the same time the mix proportion of C30 anti-seepage mass concrete used in bridge anchor structure was recommended.
