摘 要:高海拔地区日夜温差大及季节性干湿显著等气候特点,使得该地区道面混凝土出现早期开裂、剥落、位移及翘曲变形等多种耐久性问题。采用薄膜加土工布养护和喷撒减蒸剂等养护措施,研究提高新型机场道面混凝土(掺入钢纤维、聚丙烯腈纤维硬新型镁质膨胀剂)的早期性能。结果表明:喷洒减蒸剂能有效减少早期的塑性裂缝;采用薄膜养护的新型面板内部面层间温度雎显著降低,60d回弹强度与普通相比提高了5~7MPa,抗渗性能有了较大幅度的提高。Several deformations such as creaking, warping, scanning and faulting have been founded in high altitude locality, which may cause the durable problems of pavement concrete.New curing methods such as sprinkling reduce evaporation agent and covering thin film together with geotextile were used to enhance the early performance of new paving concrete (strengthen by steel fiber,polyacrylonitrile fibre and magnesian expansion agent ).Results showed that early plastic creaks could effectively be reduced by using reduce evaporation agent.However, the temperature difference inside of new pavement was significantly reduced by covering thin film and geotextile.And 60 d rebound strength of new paving concrete were 5-7 MPa higher than that of reference,while their impermeability had a marked increase.
