摘 要:以轻烧氧化镁粉、无水氯化镁为氯氧镁水泥主要原材料,加入双氧水作为发气剂制备氯氧镁水泥发泡混凝土。设计L(934)正交试验,以轻烧镁粉与无水氯化镁的摩尔比、水灰比、双氧水掺量、试验温度为因素,每个因素三水平,设计9组试验制备氯氧镁水泥发泡混凝土,并对试验样品进行相关力学性能及物理性能测试,试验结果表明:在轻烧镁粉与无水氯化镁的摩尔比为7∶1,水灰比为0.55,双氧水7%掺量,温度为65℃可以制得表观密度较低,强度较高,以及其他相关性能较好的氯氧镁水泥发泡混凝土材料。The magnesium ocychloride cement material with porous was prepared by light calcinesia magnesia and magnesium oxychloride as raw material,hydrogen peroxide as vesicant.The Orthogonal experiments L9(3^4) were designed,which four factors and three levels included the molar ratio of light calcinesia magnesia and magnesium oxychloride,the water-cement ratio,the content of hydrogen peroxide and the temperature of the experiment.There were nine experiments to prepared magnesium ocychloride cement material with porous according to above design, and test the mechanical properties and physical properties of nine samples.The results denoted that could make magnesium ocychloride cement material with porous which have low density,high strength and other related performance was preferable when the molar ratio of light calcinesia magnesia and magnesium oxychloride was 7:1, water-cement ratio was 0.55 ,the content of hydrogen peroxide was 7% and temperature was 65 ℃.
