摘 要:研究氯化石蜡和环氧大豆油复合油作为基础油制备润滑脂,对所制得的润滑脂进行滴点、锥入度、抗腐蚀性、摩擦性能、生物降解性等测试;同时研究了环氧大豆油吸收氯化石蜡释放的氯化氢的动态吸收过程。研究结果表明,环氧大豆油与氯化石蜡最佳复配比例为7∶3;在此配比下制备的润滑脂滴点为181℃,锥入度为268.3×0.1mm,腐蚀级别在2c以内,最大无卡咬负荷PB值达到784N,且易被微生物降解。环氧大豆油吸收氯化氢的动态过程模拟发现,环氧大豆油能够吸收固定氯化氢,并在40℃下最早达到吸收平衡。In this paper, the grease was prepared by the composite base oil from the composition of the chlorinated paraffin and epoxy soybean oil, and the performance including the dropping point, needle penetration, corrosion resist- ance, friction properties and biodegradability were tested. The dynamic absorption process of the epoxidized soybean oil absorption of hydrogen chloride released from chlorinated paraffins was studied simultaneously. The results showed that, the optimal mass distribution of epoxidized soybean oil and chlorinated paraffins was 7 : 3, the dropping point of the grease was 181 ℃, the needle penetration was 268. 3 × 0. 1 mm, corrosion resistance level was less than 2c , the critical load PB reached 784 N, and it could be degraded by bacteria easily. The dynamic adsorption process simulation show that: epoxidized soybean oil can absorbe and fix hydrogen chloride, and it reaches absorption equilibrium at the tempera- ture of 40 ℃ firstly.
