葵花大蓟的化学成分研究

摘　　要：目的研究中药葵花大蓟的化学成分。方法采用各种柱色谱技术对其成分进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到11个化合物,经鉴定分别为:三十烷酸(1),二十六烷醇(2),芹菜素(3),刺槐素(4),β-谷甾醇(5),β-胡萝卜苷(6),芹菜素-7-O-β-D-Glc(7),合金欢素-7-O-β-D-Glc(8),刺槐素-7-芸香糖苷(9),对羟基苯甲醛(10),蒲公英甾醇(11)。结论化合物1,2,7,8,9,10和11均为首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective To study the chemical constituents of Cirsium souliei（Franch.） Mattf..Methods The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by various chromatographic techniques.Their structures were elucidated on the basis of physical properties and spectroscopic data.Results Eleven compounds were isolated and identified as follows：triacontanoic acid（1）,ceryl alcohol（2）,apigenin（3）,acacetin（4）,β-sitosterol（5）,β-daucosterol（6）,apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucoside（7）,acacetin-7-O-β-D-glucoside（8）,acacetin-7-rutinoside（9）,p-hydroxy-benzaldehyde（10）,and taraxasterol（11）.Conclusion Compounds 1,2,7,8,9,10 and 11 were isolated from the plant for the first time.
