摘 要:本文采用高效液相色谱法,建立宁夏枸杞中法荜枝苷的含量测定方法。色谱条件:Diamonsil C8柱(150mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为A:乙腈-水-醋酸(5∶94.5∶0.5),B:乙腈-水-醋酸(72∶27.5∶0.5),梯度洗脱。流速:1 mL/min;柱温:30℃;检测波长:346 nm。结果表明,在0.1~10μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.9998(n=8)。法荜枝苷的平均回收率为99.1%,RSD为1.55%。该方法准确可靠,可用于测定宁夏枸杞中法荜枝苷的含量,为宁夏枸杞开发利用提供理论依据。A high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method was established for the detection and quantification of fabiatrin in Lyeii Fructus. Chromatographic separation was performed on Diamonsil Cs column ( 150 mm× 4.6 mm,5 μm),using aeetonitrile-water-aeetie acid (5:94.5:0.5 ) as mobile phase A and aeetonitrile-water-aeetic acid (72: 27.5:0.5 ) as mobile phase B with gradient elution. The flow rate was 1 mL/min at 30 ℃ ,and the detection wavelength was set at 346 nm. The result showed that the linearity of fabiatrin in the range of 0.1 - 10 μg/mL ( r = 0.9998, n = 8 ) was good. The average recovery of fabiatrin was 99.1%, RSD was 1.55 %. The method was accurate, reliable, and can be used as a quality control method for fabiatrin in Lyeii Fructus. It provided the basis for development and utilization of Lyeii Fructus.
