摘　　要：最新研究表明,2型糖尿病患者的天然免疫处于激活状态,各种细胞因子、CD38、巨噬细胞和慢性炎症反应与2型糖尿病、代谢综合征、动脉粥样硬化有密切关系。针对炎症信号通路的治疗方法对2型糖尿病有一定疗效,为2型糖尿病的治疗提供了新的思路。Recent discovery has disclosed that the innate immune system of the type 2 diabetes pacient is active, and some cytokines, CD38, macrophage, chronic infection are closely related to type 2 diabetes and atherosclerosis. Since therapies based on these research showed some effects on type 2 diabetes, it provides a new vision to the cure of type 2 diabetes.
