摘　　要：通过Excel软件实现最小二乘法应用于磁阻效应实验中，避免了传统实验处理数据方法的弊端，使数据处理更加准确、高效，也使教学过程具体、形象，提高了教学、学习的效果和质量．Using Excel program to realize the least squares date treating in the experiment of magnetoresistivity can avoid the malpractice in additional ways, enhance the nicety and high efficiency of data processing, and improve the purpose and quality of the teaching and learning.
