复方大承气汤在结直肠术后麻痹性肠梗阻治疗中的应用

摘　　要：为探讨复方大承气汤在结直肠术后麻痹性肠梗阻治疗中的应用效果，将80例结直肠术后单纯性麻痹性肠梗阻的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各40例。对照组常规给予禁食、胃肠减压、抗感染、补液、纠正水电解质酸碱平衡紊乱及静脉高营养等处理，治疗组在对照组处理措施基础上，经胃管给予复方大承气汤。结果显示，治疗组在总体疗效、肠鸣音出现时间、肠呜音恢复正常时间、首次肛门排气时间、首次排便时间及恶心、呕吐、腹胀、腹痛、发热消失时间方面均优于对照组，P〈o．05或P〈0．01。结果表明，在常规治疗基础上，经胃管注入复方大承气汤治疗结直肠术后麻痹性肠梗阻疗效显著。This study was to investigate the efficacy of Compound Dachengqi Tang（a Chinese decoction） used in the treatment of paralytic ileus following the surgery for colorectal diseases. The 80 cases of simple paralytic ileu after colorectal operation were randomly divided into treatment group and control one,40 ca- ses for each; control group was given with conventional management such as fasting, gastrointestinal de- compression,antiinfection,infusion, correcting disorder of hydroelectrolytic and acid-base equilibrium and intravenous rich nutrition, etc, meanwhile treatment group was added with via stomach tube Compound Dachengqi Tang based on the management adapted by control group. As results, in general therapeutic effect,the first borborygmus, the time of borborygmus becoming normal, the first flatus, the first defeca- tion, and disappearance times of nausea, vomiting, abdominal distension, abdominal pain as well fever treat- ment group were all superior to control group（ P d0.05 or P d0.01）. Results show that on the basis of conventional therapy via stomach tube infusing Compound Dachengqi Tang has significant therapeutic effect for paralytic ileus.
