耳穴压豆联合复方生肌膏换药防治肛肠病术后疼痛的疗效分析

摘　　要：为探讨耳穴压豆联合复方生肌膏换药防治肛肠病术后疼痛的疗效，将150例肛肠病术后患者随机分为两组，各75例，一组给予耳穴压豆联合复方生肌膏换药（观察组），一组单纯给予复方生肌膏换药（对照组）。观察两组患者术后止痛效果。结果显示，观察组显效42例，有效28例，无效5例，总有效率为93．3％（70／75）；对照组显效14例，有效28例，无效33例，总有效率为56．0％（42／75）。观察组止痛总有效率明显高于对照组，P〈0．05。结果表明，耳穴压豆联合复方生肌膏换药可有效防治肛肠病术后疼痛。The objective of this study was to explore the therapeutic effect of the combination therapy of pill-pressing on ear point plus compound Shengji Gao（a Chinese herbal ointment for promoting tissue re- generation） dressing change for postoperative pain of anorectal diseases. The 150 patients who had been subjected to the operation for their anorectal diseases were randomly divided into two groups,75 cases for each; observation group was given with this combination therapy, control group with alone compound Shengji Gao dressing change, then the stopping pain outcome was observed. As results, in observation group 42 cases were of excellent effect,28 of response,5 of non-response,and total effective rate was 93. 3% （70/75） respectively, while in control group, 14,28,33 and 56.0% （42/75） respectively, so the former was significantly higher than the latter in total effective rate （ P〈0. 05）. Results show that above combi- nation therapy can effectively prevent ＆ treat postoperative pain of anorectal disease.
