摘　　要：目的 :研究赤土茯苓中总黄酮的提取工艺。方法 :采用正交试验设计 ,用三氯化铝、醋酸钾显色 ,紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮含量。结果 :最佳提取工艺为 8倍量 80 %的乙醇 ,回流提取 2次 ,每次 1h ,总黄酮得率高 ,提取率可达 90 %。结论 :本提取工艺可行。经济、省时、回收率高。Aim To study the best conditions of extraction techniques for general flavonoids (GF) in Smilax glabra.Methods The best conditions of extraction technique for GF were optimized with orthogonal experiment.Developed by alminumtrichloride and potassium acetate, determination of GF with UV-spectrophotometry was made.Results The best conditions for the extraction techniques of GF were:80% alchohol which is 8 times of the medicine amount,reflux extracting two times,one hour per time.The yield of GF was high.Conclusion The extraction techniques are feasible.
